By using dscrloancalifornia.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to the website and to any request you submit through it. A separate agreement governs any actual financing transaction, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the transaction agreement controls.

Nothing on this site is an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, a loan estimate, a quote or a promise of approval. We do not publish interest rates, annual percentage rates or payment examples, and any figure you derive from the calculator is an estimate produced entirely from the numbers you entered. All financing is subject to underwriting and lender or investor approval, and terms can change.

Scope of services
This site supports business-purpose financing for non-owner-occupied investment property. We do not arrange consumer mortgages, primary-residence loans or second-home financing, and we may decline any request that falls outside the scope described on the licensing page. Submitting a request does not create a broker-client relationship, an agency relationship or an obligation on either side.
The calculator
The DSCR calculator runs entirely in your browser. It performs arithmetic on the inputs you provide and returns a coverage ratio and a description of what that ratio typically means. It does not access your property records, does not retrieve a tax bill or an insurance quote, and does not know your credit or the programs available to you. Its output is an estimate, and it should not be treated as an underwriting decision.
Accuracy of information you provide
You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Rent figures, tax figures, property values and loan amounts that are materially inaccurate will produce an inaccurate answer, and in a formal application they can affect eligibility. Tell us if a number is an estimate.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and code on this site are owned by Loan Daddy LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish, scrape for republication, or use the content to train a commercial model without written permission. Linking to the site is fine.
Third-party links
The site links to resources we do not control, including the NMLS Consumer Access registry. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those sites.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Loan Daddy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here waives any right you have under consumer protection statutes that apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance.
