What we collect, why we collect it, and who sees it when you send a property scenario.
Who this policy covers
This site is operated by Loan Daddy LLC under the DSCR Loan California brand. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Loan Daddy LLC. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website and through the contact details published on it.
Information you give us
When you submit a scenario or an application request, we collect the information you enter: name, email address, phone number, property state, property type, loan purpose, estimated property value, loan amount, occupancy selection and any message you write. We also record that you gave consent to be contacted, and when.
We do not ask for a Social Security number, date of birth, bank statements or account numbers on this site. Those belong to a formal application, which is a separate process with its own disclosures, and only after you decide to proceed.
Information collected automatically
We record campaign attribution so we can tell which marketing brought a visitor to the site. That includes the referring page, the landing page URL, and any UTM parameters or click identifiers (such as gclid or fbclid) present in the URL you arrived on. This attribution is stored in your browser’s session storage — it is first-touch, it lasts for the browsing session, and it is sent with your request if you submit one.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and request timestamps as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and evaluate the property scenario you described.
- To determine which lenders and programs may fit, and to prepare a submission if you ask us to.
- To contact you about your request by email, phone or text, as described in the consent below.
- To keep records required by licensing, regulatory and compliance obligations.
- To measure whether our own marketing is reaching the right people, in aggregate.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers that help us operate: our customer relationship management system, our lead processing and routing infrastructure, email and messaging providers, and hosting providers. When you ask us to pursue financing, we share the property and borrower information necessary to obtain terms with the wholesale lenders and investors whose programs we are shopping. Those parties have their own privacy policies and their own underwriting requirements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own marketing. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena or regulatory examination, or to protect the rights and safety of the company, our clients or others.
Consent and communications
Our forms include this consent language, which you must accept before submitting a request:
I agree to be contacted by Loan Daddy LLC about my request by email, phone, or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, asking the person contacting you to stop, or emailing quotes@loandaddy.ai. Withdrawing consent stops marketing and follow-up communications; we may still contact you about an active transaction or where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep records for as long as needed to serve the purpose they were collected for, and longer where licensing, tax or recordkeeping rules require it. Records connected to a submitted application are retained under the lender’s and the broker’s regulatory retention requirements.
Your California privacy rights
California residents have the right to know what personal information a business collects, to request a copy of it, to request deletion, to request correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email quotes@loandaddy.ai with the request and enough information to verify your identity. We will respond within the time required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for making a request.
You can also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
Children
This site is for business-purpose real estate investors and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices change. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Questions about this policy can go to quotes@loandaddy.ai.
