What “mortgage broker” means here
Loan Daddy LLC does not lend its own funds. We arrange and shop financing from wholesale lenders: we gather the property and borrower information, submit the file to lenders whose programs fit, present the terms we receive, and coordinate the process through closing. The lender or investor that funds the loan makes its own underwriting decision, and every loan is subject to that approval.
Because we are a broker, no rate on this site could be a quote even if we published one. We do not publish rates, annual percentage rates or payment examples, and nothing on this site is an offer to lend, a commitment to lend or a lock.
Scope: business purpose only
Every loan we arrange through this brand is a business-purpose loan secured by non-owner-occupied investment property. That means the borrower is acquiring, improving, refinancing or recapitalizing an investment asset, and no one intends to occupy the property as a residence. We do not arrange consumer mortgages, primary-residence financing, second homes or owner-occupied loans of any kind, and our California license is a commercial mortgage broker license — it does not authorize consumer mortgage lending activity.
If you intend to live in the property, or if the loan proceeds would be used for personal, family or household purposes, this is not the right provider. A licensed consumer mortgage professional is the correct resource, and we will tell you that directly rather than take the request.
